Hacienda La Papaya is a precision-built coffee estate where genetics, altitude, and real-time agronomy converge to produce structurally dense, high-performing specialty lots with exceptional consistency year after year.

Every plant begins from selected mother plants preserved in our Genetic Bank, ensuring varietal stability and uniformity from the nursery stage. Irrigation, fertilization, and minimal fumigation protocols are managed through the Integrated Coffee Pulse system, which monitors soil nutrients, evapotranspiration, and plant health in real time.

Drying rooms are sensor-controlled for humidity and temperature, maintaining optimal airflow to protect density and cellular integrity. Final preparation at one of Ecuador’s most advanced dry mills ensures defect removal and lot homogeneity.

The result is a coffee defined by density, clarity, and repeatable roast behavior, built for precision-driven roasters
