Our
Ordering
Process
CafExporto operates on a structured, reservation-based model designed to ensure clarity, traceability, and year-over-year consistency. Because our production focuses on limited micro-lots and precision-controlled volumes, coffee is not sold on speculation. It is allocated intentionally.
Annual
Menu
Release
Each year, our upcoming harvest menu is shared between
August and September. The menu provides a brochure of each coffee that includes:
· Community and lot information
· Variety details
· Processing methods
· Volume projections
· Historical performance data
This early release allows partners to evaluate offerings and prepare for allocation decisions.
Customers begin reserving lots in September, once the menu is released and volumes are reviewed.
Because many of our coffees are limited in production, early reservations secure allocation before export season begins. This ensures fair access to micro-lots and allows both producer and buyer to align projected volumes with committed demand. Our system is designed to reward foresight and partnership.

Exploring
New Lots
If a customer — or potential customer — is interested in a lot they have not previously tried, we provide a sample from the prior harvest. Due to the structural consistency of our genetics, agronomy, and processing systems, prior-year samples offer a reliable representation of the upcoming harvest’s profile and behavior. This allows buyers to cup confidently and make informed reservations for the coming season.
In October, pre-shipment samples are sent for final approval.
Clients cup and confirm alignment before export, ensuring transparency and shared agreement on quality.

Export
Season
The export season begins in December, when each lot is:
· Final quality cupped
· Physically verified
· Stabilized for moisture and water activity
· Packed in hermetic or protective materials
· Coordinated through managed logistics to final destination
Our logistics team oversees documentation and delivery for smooth arrival.
Consistency is central to our philosophy.
If a client identifies a quality discrepancy after delivery,
we follow a transparent review process :
· Customer notification
· Internal QC cupping of retention samples
· Shared evaluation results
· Mutually agreed value adjustment
· Credit issuance when applicable
Our goal is long-term partnership built on trust and repeatability

Why Reservation-Based?
Specialty coffee is seasonal, and our production is intentionally limited. A reservation system ensures:
Fair allocation of micro-lots.
Lot-level traceability.
Predictable volume planning.
Transparency before shipment.
Structural consistency year after year.
If you love a coffee one year, our system is designed
to help you access it again — with the same integrity or better .
