The variety.

01 / Geisha

One of the most revered varieties in specialty coffee, an Ethiopian landrace from the Gesha region. Juan Peña treats it as a long-term biological system rather than a novelty crop: lifted jasmine, bergamot clarity, black-tea structure, and a silky body built for predictability year over year.

The process.

A standard washed process with no extended fermentation, drying 9 to 18 days to 9 to 11% moisture. It highlights a clean, floral, transparent cup that lets variety and terroir show through.

The grower, on this coffee
I treat Geisha as a biological system, not a trophy. Lifted jasmine, bergamot, a black-tea structure and a silky body, and because the genetics are held pure in our bank, that profile is predictable year over year. That predictability is what the best roasters are really buying.
